Raons is an urban social innovation project started in 2009

From the beginning, we at Raons have sought to create a co-operative start-up project with social enterprise values, which allows us to offer quality services to think, build and/or transform collectively the environments in which we live, work and enjoy ourselves.

Team

Premios

2020
Second prize in the Enric Lluch Catalonia Territory Award. Catalan Society of Spatial Planning. Together with the Barcelona Metropolitan Area, Raons developed the “Imagina Badia” project, a participatory process for the elaboration of the Badia del Vallès Local Action Plan.

12th Manuel de Solà Morales Catalonia Prize for Urbanism. Catalan Society of Spatial Planning. Barcelona City Council’s Ciutat Vella Use Plan. Drafting: 300.000 km / s. Participation process: Cooperative Raons.

2019

Spanish Architecture and Urban Planning Biennial prize and European Commission’s S+T+ARTS Prize’19 for Ciutat Vella’s Land-Use Plan in which Raons designed and developed the participatory process.

Barcelona Educational Innovation Prize in the district area together with the AFA of Dovella School for the project “Transformation and co-creation of the patio of the Dovella School”.

2016
Selected by the 2016 annual PIADs Seminars “Feminisms: Intervention in the Community and the Territory” together with the AFA Dovella school as a good practice of community participation for the “Transformation and co-creation of the patio of the Dovella school”.

Injuve prize in the category “Entrepreneurship Initiatives in the Field of Work” of the national youth prizes 2014

XIII prize Barcelona Associations for the best initiative of citizen participation with the project “Create community by transforming the playground of La Pau primary school”. Barcelona Council Hall.

Ex-aequo winners, together with the cooperative Lacol, of the urban planning competition “16 Doors of Collserola” with a proposal called “We Come Down”. Barcelona Council Hall.

2010
Award in the competition or urban design “Public Corners 2009-2010” for the proposal “Greenways”. FAD and the Barcelona City Council
